- Is there a subscription?
- No. You buy credits when you need them and spend them as you list. There's nothing to cancel.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits you buy stay on your account until you use them.
- When is a WhatsApp listing charged?
- When Jumia accepts it. Drafting, redrafting and fixing are free, and a listing Jumia rejects costs nothing. While a listing waits for Jumia's review, its 2 credits are set aside so you can't submit more than your balance covers.
- What do the bigger packs unlock?
- Every pack, and your free credits, include listing on WhatsApp and the website, the Jumia Listing Assistant (chatting is free), your Jumia orders (packing, ready to ship, cancelling), reading your shop (products, stock, sales, reports, payouts, fees), the shop health report (2 credits) and image polish, which turns your own photos into four product images in the chat or the Chrome extension (2 credits an image). The Standard pack and bigger add changes to your live Jumia products from the chat, Jumia QC rejection alerts and guided fixes (when Jumia's quality check rejects a listing after accepting it, we tell you why, return its credits, and help you fix and resubmit it), and shipping labels on WhatsApp (0.5 credits a label). Pro and Business add order alerts on WhatsApp and the Jumia fee calculator for your country in the Chrome extension. To buy a pack, link your WhatsApp and connect your Jumia account first. Your pack's features come from the last pack you bought, and everything works while you have credits: at 0 it pauses until you top up.
- Why is the Chrome extension charged per autofill?
- With the extension you submit the product on Vendor Center yourself, so we can't see whether it went live. Each autofill is charged instead.
- Is chatting with the assistant charged?
- No. Chatting is free and unlimited, on WhatsApp and in the Jumia Listing Assistant, on every pack and on free credits. Only what's listed above costs credits.
- Do the same credits work on WhatsApp and the Chrome extension?
- Yes. One balance covers both.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Paystack: Ghana cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), mobile money (MTN, AirtelTigo, Telecel) and bank transfer. International Visa and Mastercard work too, with Paystack's international fee.
- What about VAT / NHIL?
- Prices shown are the amount Paystack collects. If you need a VAT invoice for your business records, contact us through the support button.
